Then there's going to be an agent within that, who's going to represent them, and they'll have a set commission fee. In my area, a six percent commission fee is pretty common. So, the listing agent will actually pay that six percent to the listing brokerage, and then that is typically equally split between whoever brings a buyer to the table, which would be the buyer's agency or brokerage. So, hopefully that makes sense. And, as a buyer, the great news for you is that we are a free service to you, which is awesome.
