The minimum annual income for licensed residential brokers was 100,000 and the minimum annual income for licensed nonresidential broker was 100,000. There have been two public hearings to review the above educational requirements as required by the Code of Laws of the State of Montana. The public has had two open houses, which took place from October to November 2007, and one more open house for the 2024 registration cycle. For the first time, there is a “guidance” form with the revised educational/experience requirements for licensees and applicants. “ The Board of Real Estate Regulation also stated that “All applicants are required to review and sign a “License Agreement,” in advance of completing the application process.
